Als je voor 1 of 2 dagen naar Parijs komt, kies je best voor een Hotel. Als je houdt van onafhankelijkheid, sfeer van thuis en de Parijse levensstijl ontdekken, dan huur je best een appartement. Je hebt meer ruimte en het valt goedkoper uit vergeleken met een hotelkamer. Parijs is als een groot en rijk museum. In Parijs zijn appartementen en gebouwen een belangrijk deel van dit museum en maken deel uit van het cultuur-historisch erfgoed.

Al onze appartementen in Parijs zijn exclusief. Ze zijn vernieuwd en volledig uitgerust volgens top criteria om onze klanten een comfortabel en sfeervol verblijf voor 4 volwassenen aan te bieden :

1. Location, Location, Location (religion of Mr.Hilton):
- prachtig, veilig, rustig, interessant, in het groen, centraal deel van de stad
- historisch gebouw, net, autentiek, gelegen vlakbij metro, winkels, park en monumenten
- goed uitgerust voor een kort verblijf: 2 kamers met keuken en badkamer, gemakkelijk toegankelijk :eerste & tweede verdieping, veel licht.

2. Inrichting, meubilair en uitrusting :
- volledig gerenoveerd met gebruik van autentieke bouwmaterialen (hout, baksteen, ...) en niet-schadelijke stoffen ( watergebaseerde verven, geen kunststof,...) harmonieus gedekoreerd in de stijl van het gebouw en zijn ligging.
- Slaapkamer met dubbel bed van top kwaliteit, kleerkasten, bureautafel, originele houten vloer.
- Woonkamer met dubbel sofa bed, tafel met 4 stoelen, TV, radio, boeken, telefoon en Internet (op aanvraag)
- Keuken van topkwaliteit met high tech uitrusting: gootsteen, 2 kookplaten, frigo, microgolf/oven, koffiezet en volledige uitrusting om te koken en te eten met 4 volwassenen.
- Badkamer met toilet, douche en lavabo.

We are the owners of these apartments and rent them for several years on short term rental bases. We also live in Montmartre not far from Rue Chappe and Villa des Fusains. We can help you to find all the best places to visit, good restaurants.. Our apartments are also proposed by several official agencies.
