 The other Building (Art Deco) will be finished in 2005

The apartment is where you can see the balcony.

Status in End of November 2004 after 1ste phase of renovation inside
The apartment was not yet equipped.


On the left of a large, deep and sunny courtyard the 1st ArtDeco Building of the World
On the right a building designed by Gustave Eiffel (Mr Eiffel Tower)
Both are Historical Monuments 


These 2 pictures are as it was before the final works (Jan-MArch 2005)
This Royal Family apartment is still very rich because of its height ceilings large walls superb parquets and

enormous windows even if all the golden decoration was "suppressed" during the French revolution
 

Now the appartement is ready, furnished and rented

in Louvre 3,4 &5 the mattresses are large size and special medical quality
even most of the sofa beds are as good as non foldable beds

LaSeine (River) its boats, walks, boukinist (bookshops) and the latin quarter are 5min walk

NotreDame is 10min walk from here


Montmartre is not very far
